FunOfficePools.com is operated by Spinning Plates, LLC. We have run free office pool games since 2007. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at admin@funofficepools.com.

When you create an account or play in pools, we collect:

• Email address — required to create and access your account.
• Display name / nickname — shown to other members of your pools.
• Your picks and pool activity — the selections you make in each pool game.
• Preferences — notification settings and display preferences you choose.
• IP address — logged automatically for security and abuse prevention.

We do not collect payment information. Donations are processed by PayPal, which has its own privacy policy.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and maintain your account and let you participate in pools.
• Send password-reset emails when you request them.
• Send pick-deadline reminder emails (only if you opt in — you can change this anytime in Your Profile).
• Deliver messages sent to pool members by your pool commissioner.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

We do not use your information for any marketing purposes beyond the pool activities described above.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email address with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

Your picks and display name are visible to other members of the same pool as part of normal pool operation (standings pages, results, etc.). Pool commissioners can see which members have or have not submitted picks.

Free accounts on FunOfficePools are supported by ads served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to show relevant ads based on your browsing activity. This is standard practice for advertising-supported websites.

Premium donors ($10+/year) see no ads on FunOfficePools. See the Upgrade page for details.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you would like your account and personal data deleted, email us at admin@funofficepools.com and we will remove it.

Historical pool results (picks, scores) may be retained in anonymized or aggregate form for site records.

You may access, correct, or update your email address and notification preferences at any time through Your Profile on the site. To request deletion of your account or a copy of your personal data, contact us at admin@funofficepools.com.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at the email above.

FunOfficePools is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it.

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of FunOfficePools after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
