Both your username and your password are case-sensitive, so you must enter them exactly as you created the account. This provides for some extra security on our site, but can cause some problems if you went crazy with your entries.
Check your Junk Mail folder to see if the FunOfficePools emails are getting sent there. We are free of SPAM, but some systems will send emails to junk mail when they do not recognize a site. We can reset your password manually, however, the email we send you will come from the same domain that the password reset email was sent. So, it is always good to check your Junk Mail folder.
NOTE: yahoo.com email addresses are currently being blocked by yahoo.com. We are working to get yahoo.com to stop blocking our emails — but if you have a yahoo.com domain, you will currently NOT get a password reset email. Use the feedback button above and we will manually change your password for you and let you know the new password. Please help us by contacting yahoo.com and asking them to allow emails from funofficepools.com. Thanks.
You can change your password by clicking "Your Profile" on the top navigation menu. From there, you can change your password, email or alter your email reminder settings.
You can modify your pick selection name by first clicking "Your Pools" on the top navigation, then clicking the "Advanced Options" link at the top of that page. From there you can see all pools you've ever played and modify the entry name or delete entries you no longer need.
For ALL of the pools on FunOfficePools we hide everyone's picks until after the deadline for that week. Once the deadline has passed, you can click "Results" on the left navigation to see a summary, and then click the "Show Detail" link on that page. Some pools now have a "Who Picked Who" link on the left navigation to show the detail. Again, you'll only be able to see the picks after the deadline, or after an early game has started for football pools.
Pool owners can modify anyone's points and win-loss records from the Standings page. On that page, you will have an "edit" link for each entry that can be modified. NOTE: You are changing the points for the shown week. If you need to modify a different week you'll need to navigate to the appropriate week before editing the points.
You can delete a selection for any pool by first clicking "Your Pools" on the top navigation, then clicking the "Advanced Options" link at the top of that page. From there you can see all pools you've ever played and modify the entry name or delete entries you no longer need.
